Called yesterday and spoke with a really nice lady and was told Sophia would call next day with numbers. Today I called back after 2:30 and spoke to someone who in fact was Sophia. By the time I ended the call she had inflated the prices and sounded like it would be after July. I explained to her the pool was around 5 years. I also told her the First Lady I spoke to said leak checking started at 300. I told her I wasn’t comfortable with all the added extras and she was not very friendly. Not sure why they have a negative person dealing with customers. Upside is I found another company that’s friendly and willing to do the work at a reasonable price.

Vince and his crew were great. I had a liner replaced in my in ground pool . They scraped and cleaned the walls well and put a rust inhibitor on the metal walls where rusted. They did a good job cleaning everything before the liner went in. Very professional job. I have dealt with all of the pool services in the southwest suburbs and these guys by far are the best.

They were super helpful and referred someone to come out and fix our heater when no one else could. They came within a week and fixed it in less than an hour. Will definitely use them again for all of our pool needs.

Top notch company! Extremely friendly office staff. Vince and his guys could not have been more helpful and polite. Wish more companies had this recipe for customer service!

Still haven't gotten my pool done but experience with Vince has been so amazing. What a professional person.
