I called Blacks Plumbing the Saturday of our ice storm. They answered! The thermostat on my water heater was out. They were very professional and informative. They had to order a part but have called to keep me informed as to when it should come in , when to expect them to come back, and what the charge will be. I like that kind of service.

Responded quickly to address to a water leak in my yard. Within probably a hour from talking to them on the phone, they were at my house. They found the mysterious leak quickly. They then repaired the leaking line better than new. They were professional, fast, photographed what they done, and followed up after they left to make sure I was satisfied.

Called about my water heater..needed to try a different company from the company that put this water heater in..And they did not fail. Actually came in and got right to the issue..come to find out water heater was fine so they fixed and tightened my kitchen faucet since they were here. Roberto and Elijah was professional but to still personable and able to laugh and talk with Us. Will be who I call for if I need plumbing again..

I have a main line stoppage so I called them and got with Eric and Eli and they came out within 30 minutes and gave me a free estimate. They worked with me a lot on options I could do and pricing and how to get the best deal. They replaced part of my line that was broke and were done within a couple hours. By far the best experience I’ve had with any plumber considering no charge to come take a look and had me back and running within the same day. They do excellent work and I would recommend them to anyone with plumbing issues.

Black Plumbing was excellent from the beginning to the end. Eric and Ely were prompt, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. We had a significant gas leak and they had to crawl under the house with very little room. Mickey came in and helped. They laid a new pipe, found old gas pipes and removed and/ or sealed them off. It was a huge undertaking and they handled it well. Eric communicated very well. He let us know what he found, what to expect and we really appreciated that. We are very pleased with the job they completed and made sure we weren’t left stranded all weekend. Thank you again! 🦋
