Chisholm Trail Septic and Wastewater

We had an outstanding experience with this septic pump service company here in Godley, TX! From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism and care. They were incredibly fast and efficient, arriving on time and getting the job done quickly without cutting any corners. Jason provided excellent customer service, he was very communicative throughout the entire process, clearly explaining what needed to be done and answering all of our questions. It’s rare to find a company that combines skill, honesty, and great communication so well. We truly appreciate their hard work and will absolutely be using their services again in Godley, TX. Jason came out and helped us with our septic. He was able to locate our tanks (we just moved in so wasn’t sure where they were) and get them all cleaned out. He was able to work with our crazy schedule and come out quickly. He filled back in the dirt he had to move to get to the tanks. He is reasonably priced. No complaints here! Jason came highly recommended from a septic installer in town, and now I know why... I called him on a Thursday, & he was able to come pump the tank the next day! I think he heard the panic in my voice because my daughter was having a party over the weekend, and the tank was full! Lol! My alarm was also on for a few days after and sprinklers hadn’t come on, so he didn’t hesitate to swing by to check to make sure everything was still functioning properly. He is a great guy, & I will be recommending him to everyone I know - he goes above and beyond, which is unheard of these days. Thank you!

Easy to coordinate with and was able to text address info. Showed up when he said he would. Pleasant conversation when on site. Reasonable price to pump septic. Assisted and advised me on correcting an issue I had with my aerator pvc piping. 10/10 would recommend.

On a Sunday, I came out to feed the animals and heard a gurgling noise from my Aerobic system. Upon inspection I realized my tanks were full and my alarm light was on (it had recently rained). I called Chisholm Trail Septic, and Jason fit me in his schedule for the very next day to drain and clean out my system, in preparation for the repair team to come out and fix my pump the following week. Had it not been for Jason, my system probably would have overflowed and I would've had a nasty mess in the yard. Friendly service and respectful of property, taking the time to put everything back as it was. If you need septic maintenance, Jason is a great guy to work with. Thanks again for the quick service!
