Our furnace motor burned out today around 2pm. They sent a repair man over after a couple other calls. Now it's 4pm and the repair man Zack said he can still go pick up a universal motor and get it running still today. Now if that's not good service I don't know what is. Thanks to Zack and Wyatt for the fast service.

Black Swamp Heating and Cooling very friendly. They came out to our house and replaced our old furnace with a new furnace yesterday. Called them today because our new furnace was running constantly they came out and fixed it. I highly recommend Black Swamp Heating and Cooling

Our furnace wasn’t working correctly and I called 3 other companies to come look at it and Black Swamp is the only one that you could speak to someone and within 45 minutes Dan was here and got right to it and fixed the problem! Very professional and courtesy! Will call them again when needed!!
