Sears Appliance Repair

Thank goodness this is under warranty!! They Fixed part of what was wrong with my washer/dryer combo. It spins without clunking! Yay! But it leaks really bad still. Right into the drawer in the pedestal underneath it. So I have to call lg again. Yippee. The guys were nice. The one even put towels down to clean up water and keep my floor and countertop safe from nicks and dirt. But here I am with a ton of laundry that I will probably gave to take to the laundromat because of my leaky machine. I am going to bill LG!

Joe was very kind and was very educational on our furnace. I hope the fix he was able to do resolve the issue. Very nice and professional.

I believe my tech’s name was Dan? He was very helpful with diagnostics and helping me learn about my washing machine. I asked a lot of questions and he received them all very willingly and with really useful answers, suggestions, and recommendations with explanations for me. 10/10 would use Sears again and hopefully have Dan again!

I wish I could rate sears zero stars. Negative stars would be more appropriate. It took 6 weeks to fix our dishwasher. It took 4 weeks to get the part AFTER the appointment was cancelled 5 times so the tech could even order the part. The appointment was canceled a total of 8 times. This is beyond unacceptable. It took 15 minutes to put the part on after he finally got there. We’re disappointed in sears AND lowes.

Tim is an asset to your company! He is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing to solve the problem with our refrigerator.
