A good start with a surprising, quick, and disappointing end. The process for getting started with and paying Black Willow was pleasant and easy. Filled out a form with the relevant info, they sent a quote, I digitally signed it, and they were here to mow the next day. A digital invoice was sent and I paid online after they mowed. Based on the pricing on their site they even gave me a slight discount I didn't ask for despite my sizable lawn. Nifty :) My grass was a bit long. Two weeks of growth on top of a 4 inch cut previously. Long, but certainly not something any reasonable person would call "neglected" (this will be important later). Sean runs a great business. A great communicator and very personable! He’s almost always available to come mow within 24-48 hours and our lawn always looks amazing when he’s done. I also like how when you call the business, it goes directly to him. Totally recommend!
