Unsure when it happened but once the kids started taking over and doing the majority of repairs the quality and service have declined so much. They came to put freeon in my unit and put so much in it almost destroyed my unit. Had to have another company come out and fix their mistakes. AVOID BLACKHAWK AT ALL COSTS!!
They let me down. Promised to come look into a warranty issue and never came or contacted me. I would try someone else besides blackhawk
