I would never do business with these guys again. I was pouring a sidewalk and a few steps, so I requested a thicker mix (4 bag), but what came out was basically separated (probably 8 bag?). Just ran through our forms. My dad who has worked in concrete in 30 years immediately said something to the employee, but nothing changed, and my father said the guy took forever with the mixer, and looked as though he had no idea how to use it. After contacting blackhorn, they said the employee was one of their best and should've changed the mix on the spot. Apparently he was unwilling to or didn't know how.
