Blackrock Construction 10%

Horrible company. DO NOT HIRE THEM UNLESS YOU WANT ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING SCREWED UP!! For the past 2 weeks they have been working on 2757FM in Forney, they have hit the water lines approximately 5 times. 5. We had our water shut on and off for 6 days as they continued to screw it up and attempt to fix it, only to hit the lines again. HOW HARD CAN IT BE TO NOT HIT A LINE???? At one point our entire road was without water for over 24 hours. 16 hours another day. Today we had the lovely service of our gas lines being hit by Blackrock and our roads are blocked off. Awesome! If it isn’t one thing it’s another with this company.

I called Blackrock Construction and the Man came out gave us a estimate Told us 1/2 up front and other 1/2 when the job was done. I called man two weeks ago rolled over to voice mail and he will not return our calls.we have the money now and now it is going on three weeks. Now I am going to call someone else that will help us out so it will be another week or two. My dad always told me if you can't get some one to help do the job just do it yourself. I will trun 73 this year I will just do it myself.. YOU CAN NOT JUST PEOPLE ANY MORE.....

Edit: As of June 2023, Blackrock has fully paid their outstanding balance. We are a trucking and aggregates subcontractor that partnered with Blackrock on a project located in Waco, Texas. It was difficult collecting payment in the final stages of our project, with someone from our team having to visit the owner's home to collect the majority of our final checks. At the conclusion of the contract Blackrock became very minimally responsive, offering only excuses as to why they were unable to produce the checks owed to us. Our final set of invoices were outstanding for over 500 days before payment was made. We will not be partnering with Blackrock on any future projects under any circumstances.

You can't get anyone to return a call. Donny said he would call us back and we waited over 6 weeks.
