Blanchet Plumbing

In my only experience with this company, made an appointment with Blanchet several days in advance based on a recommendation. I took the day off of work to meet the plumber and 15 minutes before the scheduled arrival I got a call saying that due to other emergencies they would have to reschedule to another day. They were apologetic, and I understand that emergencies happen, but that doesn’t give me my day off back. I will not ever try to use this company again and certainly can’t recommend that anyone else use them either.

We had an early morning emergency (broken toilet) that they handled so quickly. They had the perfect replacement toilet in stock. They came very quickly using Covid protection procedures & with all possible necessary parts. Removed the old toilet, installed the new one, removed all cartons and everything was left spotless. I would recommend Blanchet Plumbers to everyone.
