Great customer service!! A tree fell on my pool during the winter crushing it. I needed a replacement pool for the spring. Matt provided me all options available, responded to each of my in depth questions in a timely manner, and ALWAYS retuned my calls. The crew that removed my old pool and installed the new one were very professional, courteous, and also responsive to each of my questions. The in-store staff also has been great! If you miss good old fashioned customer service and reasonable pricing, look no further. Ideal Pools IS A MUST for all your pool needs!!

These guys are the best in the business. From the owner to the guys that open and close my pool and to the staff in the store; all have met and exceeded my expectations. It is nice to deal with a company that is not only extremely competent and knowledgeable, but also responsive and understanding. I will keep working with Ideal as long as I have a pool.
