Purchased a GENERIC generator and had it installed 12/24 no issues and ready if a power failure occurs. It was recommended to run the unit 25 hour and have it serviced. Now the unit is in the ready status!!!!! I also downloaded the app and can see the status anytime! I also follow the Facebook page for and recommend instructions!! Thank you Troy and Cory and all the staff for the professional installation of my new Generac Generator!!!!
I've got a GENERAC 24 backup generator that was installed by someone else, and it'd never run quite right; wouldn't revert back to commercial power after it came back on. Blanton sent a tech over and in just 3 hours had it diagnosed and fixed. Super nice guy who clearly knew what he was doing. 100% happy with the service.
