Warren Recc charging 318.00 while it was turned off at the meter after the fact keeps my $375.00 deposit and says I still owe $75.00 December bill photo included how did it grow $318.00 when it was shut off at meter

They are severely overcharging. It's ridiculous my house electric bill is $500 and my garage is $200 for one month. There was a hassle over my garage meter that got worked out after being accused of tamping because a storm knocked a ladder over and hit the box. Guys showed up took the meter and after arguing and calling the cops to investigate..... They realized they were wrong and replaced the meter for free. Cause no way was I going to pay a $500 tampering fee (FINE) when we didn't do anything to begin with.
