Where to begin. This garage closes at FIVE on a weekday?! We went to a conference, came back to our car and nobody was there. Nobody told us the garage closed at five. There’s a teeny-tiny sign you can’t see if you’re driving into the garage. The emergency number goes nowhere. We had to call the police to get our vehicle back.
The staff is very nice! They take good care of your car and have valet parketing!! The older gentleman there can come ofd as grumpy, but he is wicked nice 😁
Expensive prices, but understandable given the location. Great, attentive staff - told them I’d only be there for 10-15 minutes and they kept my car on the ground floor for easy access for when I returned.
