I did business with these guys for the past seven years on a regular service schedule and have some mixed opinions. Some technicians are professional and courteous. However, one gentleman came out a couple of times and lectured me like a middle school student on the maintenance and upkeep of my septic system. One septic line was broken but he did not offer a solution on repairing it. I’m a retired educator and I know when a person is patronizing me. I did not appreciate it. Moreover, I have been told during multiple visits that my septic is in good working order but everyone that came out only did an incomplete inspection of the system. I've been a customer for the past 6 years and coming up on a renewal contract for service. This company has always been dependable. Outside regular septic maintenance I've only had to call them twice. Both times I received a timely response; same day and following day. In my experience their employees have been professional and quick to get the job done. My most recent service call required a replacement part on the aerobic system. I received an explanation of the issue and cost for repair ($60.00). Work was completed within 30 minutes from start to finish. Thank you Block Creek!

I have been with Block Creek for over 18 years. Today I called for an issue and the technician that came today was Ronnie. He was fantastic. He fixed a broken pipe and I was back in business. They put me on the schedule for tomorrow but moved me up. I couldn't be happier and the pricing was extremely reasonable. They have never let me down.

Had a septic issue over a weekend. Our regular company didn't respond to us. We contacted Ferguson and Son to come check our system and they did and they pumped it out. I was concerned it was a pump issue and they checked it and agreed it was shot. Ferguson recommended Block Creek Septic. We contacted them and Rudy took care of setting us up for a check up and new pump. They came out on Wednesday and installed a new pump. On this past Sunday my alarm went off again. I got the alarm off and called Rudy at Block Creek Monday morning and they came back out and adjusted the floats and got everything reset and running. We were very appreciative of the service and quick responses.

Disgusted with the lack of service and knowledge this company lacks! Caught them doing a drive by and just writing a paper stating everything was 100% in working order. Called in to speak with the owner Jason to have him reschedule someone with some knowledge to come out as there were a couple broken sprinkler heads and risers that were not to code on the septic system. It was also discovered that there was a broke line that obviously had been broken for quite sometime. Was told there was only 2 sprinkler heads to the system. They charged us for the work and gave us another paper stating it was 100% completed and nothing wrong.
