Jose did a great job! He was on time and pointed out areas he treated, where wasps were around. Also i appreciate the time he spent to get familiar with my dogs.

Covenant Pest control does an excellent job. We have been using them for several years. Our technician (Chase) is very professional and courteous. He does a great job of showing up at the appointed time and explaining exactly what treatment he is going to perform.

Our service tech is always friendly and nice. Helped with the fire ant issue. He came out on Saturday and Sunday morning I saw a large hornets nest on our front porch. I would have hoped if he saw this he would have addressed it with us if it was outside of our scope of service and if it wasn’t he would have treated it. No way this large of a nest was built in less than 24 hours. Disappointed this was not addressed.

Jose showed up on time, was very friendly, and explained exactly what chemicals he was treating the home perimeter with, and the bugs he was targeting. This was our initial quarterly treatment and we are so pleased with how nice and attentive the office staff are, and Jose just made us a forever Covenant customer! 5 Star company!!!

James was very kind, friendly and knowledgeable about what was being done. He explained everything completely and did an excellent job. We would agree to him being the person who comes to help us every time.
