Andrew is awesome! He came out today to take a look at my washer. Discovered the control panel went bad. It shouldn't have because the machine wasn't but a little over a year old. He was very professional and I highly recommend him!!

You won't find a better person to deal with! Christmas time with a house full of family in from out of town and our washer decided to stop draining. I googled the error code and tried fixing myself but still wasn’t working..I was sure we'd need a new one. My daughter in law looked up a reputable appliance repair person in the area & found Andrew Bloom. I read his reviews and gave him a call. He answered on the 2nd ring and after speaking with him for 2 mins- he told me I can fix this myself & instructed me on what to do (which was completely different than what google said!) Andrew is the best. I had a LG washer that wasn’t turning. He is knowledgeable and honest. He replaced a sensor and all is great again. I will call on him again when needed and recommend him to anyone. Thanks.
