Called Dave Mastro Air & Heat concerning our A/C system being down and the office worked with us to schedule a time. A technician, Tim, responded quickly. While he was troubleshooting, Tim explained what components he was checking and why and how they worked overall on the A/C system. This information I found informative and helpful. He replaced a system part and got the A/C up and running. Tim was professional and cordial. I will be scheduling our Seasonal tune-up with them.

Dave Mastro Air & Heat was able to schedule same day a/c maintenance service. They sent me a text with the tech's photo for security, the tech was on-time, quick but thorough and it was reasonably priced. No pressure for additional services or annual contract.

I have multiple units and cannot say enough about this company. We had Charles come out to fix a problem with our thermostat and he was there within 15 minutes. Diagnosed the problem and had us comfortable within 30 minutes. Prices are very reasonable and the service is unbeatable!

I purchased a home in which the previous owners had installed a complete system by Dave Mastro Air & Heat. I was so impressed by the service of my a/c unit over the last 7+ years that I went with them to purchase and install a new complete system. My a/c was completely down and they provided a loaner unit for about a week until they could schedule me for a complete install. The installation team (lead by Marco) was professional and as quiet (I work from home) as possible. The company is high tech. They text you as they are on the way and send you a photo and name of who will be coming. The employees are nice. They were great with my dog and more importantly they did a great job! Two thumbs 👍🏻 👍🏻 and two 🐾 🐾 up!!
