Bloom Heating Oil

Would give zero Stars if I could call to get my furnace repaired was told they don't take new customers. I guess they just don't like money. It's very cold out. I have kids in the house elderly mother. That's kind of ridiculous

I unexpectedly ran out of heating oil and called .. I was informed they will not make a delivery to a new customer after hours. I offered a debit card or a credit card if they preferred and she would not request a delivery. They lost a potential customer. Poor customer service.

Saw a review that the receptionist needs an attitude adjustment and this couldn’t be more accurate, been a customer for over 3 years and get little to no respect after today I won’t be a customer. I ran out of oil unexpectedly last night I’m a mother of 4 little kids they won’t deliver until Monday knowing we are going to get a massive snow storm this weekend… not even for an extra fee makes me sick.

We have a family home in Shenandoah that is only occupied occasionally. When I went up for a weekend recently, we had no heat and no hot water. I called Bloom Heating Oil on Saturday morning to see what they could do. Not knowing if we were really out of oil, they came out with 10 gallons to try to get us through the weekend. After filling up, the gentleman came in to help me restart the boiler. It restarted, and he checked to see that we did actually have plenty of oil. (It's on auto-delivery with Bloom.) This gentleman, not expecting to spend the time for a service call on a Saturday, went though and diagnosed the issue (even though it was already running) to make sure I didn't have any other problems. Wouldn't waste my time. Receptionist could use a huge attitude adjustment. lots of other oil companies out there.
