My front garage door was in rough shape. The top panel actually fell off. My back garage door wasn't working properly either. IDD responded quickly to my email to set up an appointment. The estimate was prepared fast. The only delay in the process was my own fault for not clearing enough space for them to work. Even though we caused a delay, they still came back to complete the work in a timely fashion and were super polite about letting me know that I needed to provide a proper workspace. Excellent communication and customer service. Both garage doors work great!

They were very efficient in coming out to troubleshoot my garage door opener issue. And when I went to the business office for a consultation, they were knowledgeable and professional and also kind and friendly. They answered all of my questions and gave me an estimate immediately. When the repairs were made, the gentlemen were just as great as the staff at the office--efficient, patient, informative, and kind, explaining the work and then showing me how to use the new openers. I am very pleased with the service provided--this is how a good company runs its business!

Amazing! From the first contact to the service. We got a quote and they came out the very next day to fix our garage door.
