We thought we would wait to review once the initial excitement wore off. Nope, didn’t happen! Every time I enter the bath I am thrilled all over again. Amazing transformation! Not only a whole new beautiful design, but correction of multiple construction flaws from original construction (22 yrs ago). The BLP Team has given us a renewed pride in our home. Luis and Leo are a formidable Design / Build duo. While they were very open to our design needs, wants and desires, they were able to successfully guide us to the BEST options to accomplish our goals. Everyone involved in the process of working on our kitchen did a great job! Luis started the process by visiting and taking measurements. After that we met with Leo who helped us pick what we wanted then showed us the kitchen in 3d with computer generated designs and ordered the materials needed. Once everything was ready to go the crew came out and tore everything out then installed the new kitchen. With a few minor defects we found Luis was quick to have them fixed so everything was 100% perfect. The crew also did a great job saving the current floor so we didn't have to replace it. Very happy and would recommend for sure!

All star renovation. BLP offered us great options for our bathroom renovation and was open to allowing us to procure some of our own materials. The upgrade went smoothly and my wife and I were extremely satisfied with the end result. Easy 5 Star rating! BLP Rennovations far exceeded our every expectation! What started out as a bathroom remodel quickly grew in size due to the discovery of extensive deterioration of sub flooring in an adjacent room, which included mold. We had to all take a step back and reassess. BLP agreed to take on these needed repairs even though it greatly complicated their pre established timeline. Their years of construction experience was quickly reflected in their stellar engineering expertise. Reasonable solutions for this obstacle, including mold abatement were key in keeping this renovation moving. Our bathroom remodel came out beautifully! Tile workmanship was flawless, plumbing was completely reworked and came out perfect. Some recommended design changes by BLP added a few unique features
