I have mold issues in the attic and that is triggering my son’s allergy reaction. Bruce (the owner) took a look at it and immediately gave me a very reasonable estimate. His team arrived on time and followed every procedure provided by the inspector’s report. They sealed up the whole 2nd floor and taped every corner of the doors to all rooms to prevent contamination. The job went so smooth and they finished earlier than the scheduled time. Excellent job! I wanted to do more cleaning procedures to the attic and Bruce actually told me there is no need to. It’s so hard to find a contractor who told me not to do something when everyone tries to tell me to do more. I really appreciate his honesty!
