From the time we walked in the store to "just look" Tony was great. No high pressure sales just kind & informative conversation. After we chose our new kitchen floor they came & measured to make sure our measurements were accurate. The floor came in exactly as predicted & was installed before the holidays. The installation team was great! They were so clean while working & afterwards. They made my kitchen look great & left no mess. What I really liked was the follow up afterwards. Tony didn't call the next day. He nicely waited a few days to insure nothing popped up. That was really nice because I've had work done in my house before and often you don't notice an issue right away. Mind you there were no issues to report. The job was great. Tony and his team were delightful to work with. Although we had spoken to other carpet stores with comparable products, we felt more comfortable with Father, Sons and Daughters. They spent a great deal of time going over all the logistics, and kept us informed every step of the entire process, from measuring, ordering and installing. The installers were great too. They helped us move items that needed moving, and cleaned everything every night before they left. I would not hesitate to use Father, Sons and Daughters again.

From the moment Tony welcomed us into the showroom with genuine warmth and honesty, to the installation team’s careful, friendly work, the entire experience was exceptional. We live in a ranch house from 1953. We had very old carpeting in the basement. It was about 30 years old. We wanted to have nice luxury vinal flooring that would be waterproof and easy to care for. This company did a fantastic job. The helped move furniture and were extremely neat and fast working Everyone we dealt with were polite and just a pleasure to deal with. We had to have stairs reinforced in an area with a lot of stuff. They just were so neat and careful. The subfloor was installed in one or two days. The vinal came out gorgeous. We are so happy with everything. We could have bought cheaper tiles but we wanted a professional job and a floor that will last another thirty years.
