Very responsive and got me on their schedule within a couple days! Jared did an amazing job patching some carpet that our cat had torn up , even matching the pattern in our low pile carpet. I didn’t think it could be done but now you can’t even tell it was worked on! Very happy and highly recommend!

I hate leaving bad reviews but when voicing my concerns I was given a link to this public facing review. I paid for a full move out cleaning, which included cabinet dusting, window sills, blind dusting, etc. I was assured that these things would be taken care of. The residence was approx. 1,000 sq. ft. And completely empty. The cleaner was there on an afternoon one day and then came back the following morning, which I knew would be the case when scheduled. I was traveling out of state when this took place and upon my return I went to inspect and found that there 3 out of the 3 out of the 7 window sills still had bugs in them, the kitchen/dining room had a pile of dirt and debris had not been picked up. The carpets had appeared to have been vacuumed, and there was dust in the closets, and

I cannot recommend this company enough! Brian cleaned carpets, that I thought were beyond repair. He was responsive and wanted to make sure o was pleased with his work. BlueBird exceeded ALL of my expectations. USE THIS COMPANY!

Superb service !! Excellent communication from start to finish. Stretched my carpets and now they look new again. Polite , Professional and at a good price. Hope to use some of their other services soon. These are the people that you want and need.

Jared was thorough, professional and worked magic. He was truly a wizard in his craft. After he was finished, our carpets looked nicer than when we first moved in years ago.
