BLUE CRAB INSPECTIONS

I highly recommend Rob with Blue Crab Inspections. He was prompt, on time, respectful and extremely thorough throughout the entire inspection process. My clients are first-time homebuyers, Rob took the time to explain each step of the inspection and made sure they fully understood any issues that were identified. He carefully walked them through the report and how to interpret the inspection report, and emphasized he was available for any follow-up questions they may have after the inspection. This company did my house inspection a few years ago and i was very displeased with the quality of the inspection they did. I emailed them about fixing the problem and they basically made an excuse and refused to do anything. I would advice anyone thinking about using this company to think again. They will not move a table to enter a whole room in the house. That is house lazy they are. Their goal seems to be to just document a certain amount of things no matter how small. When their goal should be to find things that actually matter. Also when i called the termite guy they subcontract back he was very rude and seemed annoyed that i wanted some clarification.
