Five Star Plumbing Services

We recently completed two projects with Five Star, including the replacement of the water line between the main shutoff valve and the house. The cost and quality of their service for that work were excellent, and we had no complaints. Based on that experience, I would recommend Five Star for main waterline leak repairs. During the water line replacement, I also asked Chris about repairing a leaking bathtub faucet. He said they could send another technician the next day to replace the diverter cartridge. The following morning, the technician arrived and, after a quick inspection, provided an estimate of $471 for the repair. I don’t write post often but feel compelled to share my experience with Five Star Plumbing. I had a water line leak originating from the outside and leaking into my basement. Unfortunately, my home warranty company nor home owners insurance company covered the repair. This turned out to be a significant out of pocket expense. I called several big named companies and was met with broken promises and quotes between $7,300.00 and $8,300.00 being the highest. Something inside of me told me to keep looking for a better deal. We discovered water leak from the main pipe , which needed to be replaced . After few estimates we went with Five Star Plumbing which turned out to be the best decision! Brian showed up on time , extremely knowledgeable and professional. Explained everything they were going to do and did just that . We had a tree with huge roots on their way but Brian and his team worked hard to dig out all they needed and repair what was necessary. Would definitely recommend them to anyone !

I highly recommend Five Star Plumbing! They solved my plumbing and water pressure issues when no one was able to. They have the expertise to get to the real problem and do it right the first time. I am so grateful my friend recommended them! They did all the work for providing water from the public hook up to my house and the internal water hook up. I have used them for general plumbing issues as well and highly recommend!

250 dollars an hour and won't give you a quote or estimate of any kind without charging 89 bucks to come out. Replacing a P-trap on a kitchen sink shouldn't cost 580 dollars. Edit: updaing from one-star. Their customer service rep saw my review and called to make it right. The tech overestimated the time needed to complete the job. I respect them following up and making things right.
