We just wanted to say thank you for the excellent job the technician Larry O. provided to us during the boiler maintenance visit on 9/22/25. Larry is a true professional. He took his time going thru all of the equipment, checking, cleaning and replacing necessary filters. Also, his positive attitude, pleasant personality, dedication and professionalism made the entire process easy and stress-free for us. Definitely, we'll ask for him next time. Thank you, Larry O.!

I should be giving NO stars: do NOT use this company's service. They left my elderly parents without heat for over two full days when it was dangerously cold (record-breaking Jan 5-7 2018). They lied on the phone about delivering oil numerous times, and acted cruelly with TERRIBLE customer "service." They treated my parents appallingly. I would not even treat a dog like they treated them. I cannot express how angry and upset I am about this elder abuse and inhuman behavior. We will not be using this company and I urge others to leave before you are left high and dry. They should be ashamed of themselves.

This is the best Fuel Oil Company ever. They are caring, respectful, prompt and get the job done properly. I have been a customer for many, many years and they have never, ever let me down.

I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. Bunch of phony guys making up baloney. What's a family business without value or morals. Do not get oil from them use another company.
