Blue Diamond Kitchen & Bath

Blue Diamond redid or master bathroom for us and we are very happy with their work. We went to their showroom and looked around for the materials that we liked one weekend. Jessy and his dad came out the following Thursday and gave us an estimate for the work and materials cost. The following Saturday they had a computer mock up done for us to give an idea of what things would look like. We signed the contract and they started work two weeks later. Their whole team is very friendly, respectful, and professional. Blue Diamond is honest and their estimates were accurate. We are very happy with their work.

They asked for a 5 star review immediately after the job was finished, but im glad i waited a few months. The grout is falling out all around the bathroom wall and floor, where water can get through to the sub floor and the to the wall behind the tile. The paint job was sloppy, slapped on haphazardly, lacking attention to any detail, and paint is seperating from the walls and peeling. The worst part is i only recently noticed that the bathroom vent wasnt piped through the attic to the roof, so the steam now goes straight into the attic causing mold. I paid over 10k for a bathroom remodel that is not only falling apart, but going to cause major issues in the future if not repaired and done correctly. Edit: grout still falling out daily. Blue Diamond did our bathrooms. The front bathroom and the master bathroom. jess and his team worked with me as they worked on the project. I did the tear out and finish work. Blue Diamond did all the tile work,set the cabinets ,plumbing and countertops. Jess and his son came to the house three or four times and discussed what needed to be done. They were patient with me so I could do the tear out and re-texture and painting.

Blue Diamond K&B redid our entire guest bathroom in 5 days. My family and I felt very included and informed throughout the entire process. We are very happy with the end result.
