Felipe and Ryan did an outstanding job with our HVAC service. They were professional, punctual, and clearly very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what was going on with the system and made sure everything was working properly before they left. Their attention to detail and friendly attitude really stood out. Brendan was fantastic! He showed up right on time, was very respectful of our home, and took the time to thoroughly check our furnace. He clearly explained how everything looked and was completely transparent about what was going on. I really appreciated how dialed in and professional he was. 10/10 recommend Brendan!

He arrived at the earlier part of his arrival window and completed my Bi-annual check up on my furnace, vents, and thermostat in a timely manner and let me know what concerns he had before leaving. Felipe Viera did an absolutely amazing and thorough job. This was a yearly maintenance appointment for furnace. He took his time checking every part of the furnace and cleaning it as well. I do not know the price as I'm just the renter but whatever the price, it's worth it. Last year's tech did not even know why he was even here or what to do and left after only a few minutes. Felipe renewed my faith with Blue Fox and redeemed them and more. Anybody needed yearly maintenance should request Felipe Viera. Felipe deserves a raise. 10 out of 10.
