Nick was great! He diagnosed the problem with the ice maker in our fridge really quickly (the motor had gone out) and got the parts and repair done within just a couple of days for a very fair price. We highly recommend his services!

I contacted this company multiple times over a week to schedule a repair service, leaving both phone messages and emails, but never received a response. It was frustrating because I was ready to move forward with the service, yet no one followed up. Good communication is a basic expectation, and unfortunately that was missing here. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. If responsiveness matters to you, you may want to consider other options.

Very quick response from Nick when we sent an email with the error code for our GE electric double wall oven. He knew exactly what the issue was. It was very easy to schedule an appointment. Nick was very efficient and had the right tools to handle this double wall oven. It all went very smoothly. Nick is very nice and professional. We would definitely use him in the future for any appliance repair.

Nick came out quickly and helped take a look at our 12 year old fridge. He gave us options for repair as well as advice if we decided to purchase a new one. He has always been honest and upfront with us. He will be the first and only repair person we will work with for our appliance needs.
