From the initial consultation with Mike, to the second meeting a year later, the team was professional, communicative, and transparent about costs and timelines. The design process was collaborative, and Mike provided helpful suggestions that maximized both the function and aesthetics of our outdoor space. He was even extremely accommodating when we ran into a snag with the HOA. Construction was efficient, with the crew maintaining a clean worksite and keeping us updated at each stage of the project. Our pool ultimately turned out beautiful. The expectation of completion time that was given to us was about 6 weeks from dig day. It turned out to be about 11 weeks. Due to our yearly vacation, we were not able to complete our pool til late September. We lost a whole season. Communication with the company was very lacking. Our pool salesman, Mike Hunt, is the nicest guy and is very responsive. We would recommend using them, but strongly suggest doing your homework on the whole pool building process as the company does not hold your hand.

Blue Haven pool have been nothing but the best. I know that there are some negative reviews out there but please take a look at when those post were made. Majority of them were during Covid. EVERYTHING was unknown, including pool materials . My sales guy Mike Hunt was awesome!! He came into my house and gave me all the facts right away. He drew where the pool would go in my back yard and also plotted it on a google map. The quote was within the budget.He is so personable and after we signed the contract we became friends. We text all the time and have dinner often. The people in the office are very attentive and when you leave a message they get back to you within a reasonable time.
