I hired Dean and crew to finish my totally unfinished basement. We added 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a huge family/craft space. It turned out beautiful. I love the new space!! He worked and scheduled the electricians, plumbers and others to have a smooth project. He cleaned as they went to minimize tracking through the home. I would recommend Blue Ladder to anyone looking for a responsible contractor who is thorough and knowledgeable.

Dean had very creative and cost effective solutions for replacing portions of my heavy and outdated deck railing system. He was accountable to the schedule, cost, and finished product. Dean and his men finished our basement to our home we built in 2020. From the moment my husband and I met Dean, we knew he was our choice. Not only from his 5 star reviews, but just him as a person. His politeness, soft spoken, professional and friendly demeanor sold us immediately. Dean and his men, mostly Cory that we loved just as much, started the project exactly as promised, never missed a day, cleaned daily when they were done, never smoked at our home (which is important to us, and not at all as we could tell), kept us up to date in full details throughout the entire project and above all, the finished outcome was very satisfying and gorgeous.
