Blue Moon Pools re-plastered our pool in Feb 2022 including replacing and installing all new pool equipment. They were awesome. However we have had two issues come up over a year after they did the work. The issues were with the pool equipment. I emailed Blue Moon Pools both times and they immediately took quick action to work with the manufactures directly, I did not have to lift a finger. Both issues got completely fixed and all at the direction of Blue Moon Pools. What absolute great service!!! I only wish I could give them 10 stars!!!

Are you guys kidding? Our $20,000 plaster job failed and has discolored and looks like an old, gross pool after less than 6 months! We have gone through all the hoops to repair it, sent out the assessor and have NEVER received a call back. NOTHING! We have called multiple times and nothing! Thanks RICK! Now we have to get an attorney, spend more money, time and frustration and be without a pool again. Unprofessional, unbelievable and so disappointing!!!!!!!!!! Do NOT even consider this company. They do not stand behind their warranty.

I received completely unprofessional harassing emails from Blue Moon Pools’ salesperson Richard Patchett late at night. He strangely sent me a bid to do half the job. Apparently they are incapable of installing quartzite stone coping and glass tile. After I responded that I obviously wasn’t going to hire them to do half the job, I received an extremely rude email from Mr. Patchett stating, “Thank you, great news 🤣”. Apparently, he was pleased that his company was not getting a $50,000 job.Then at 9:45 pm I received a bizarre email stating, “We know what your [sic] up to”. I have no idea what that even is supposed to mean. I was just trying to find the best company to do my extensive pool remodel. Fortunately, I received other bids from professional companies that are capable of doing the j
