If the contractor is Noah Ritchie, he started the demolition of our garage in December of 2023 and was contracted and paid to rebuild the garage, he invoiced us for over $100,000 of supplies and materials. We paid him and he didn't even start the rebuild. After over 10 months of attempting to get him to do the work or refund us the money he said he was out of money and needed me to send him more money to return to work. He has not refunded me our money nor has our does he plan on completing our garage. It is August of 2025 and I am still fighting to get our money back.
