Jose, what can I say...you came to the rescue. As Airbnb renters we were having issues with the heater not working properly in the pool/jacuzzi. You addressed us professionally upon arrival, explained the issue and got the jacuzzi going. You offered to come back should we have any further problems. We reported the issue again since it wasn't heating as expected and you arrived as promised. The second time around, you found the root cause, got it running. Our family was happy that we were finally able to use the pool/jacuzzi as we had planned. I want to thank Jose with Blue Reef Pool Service. I couldn't be happier with his service. I have an Airbnb and I've been losing bookings because my pool was always looking cloudy and uninviting. My guest were always complaining. Blue Reef Pool Service was referred to me by a friend. Jose the owner came by and was very attentive to my pool needs and spent time going over everything with me.
