RUN!!!! Update: By 6 pm the same day of service, I realized only half the work I called them for was done. The leak in the crawlspace was fixed but he didn't actually fix the initial backup problem we were having in tne wash room. He told me he would run his snake through our entire system and didn't. When I texted him to let him know with pics and video. I was met with a lot of run around no solution or apology for a misunderstanding or a simple. " I will come out to check it. He has been dodging my calls all day and lied to my husband. He said he would call back with a time in 2 hrs. It's been all day and he is not answeing the phone.
