I was most concerned about dealing with the insurance company. I started looking for a roof installer, and actually interviewed three. Before I could choose and get started, we had a family emergency that lasted for about three months. The other roofers did not follow through or keep in contact. Sam called once a month to check on my situation. No pressure; just following through. When I was finally ready, I wanted him to handle most of the insurance management, which he did very well.
