Lucas Maintenance Power & Soft Wash

Jason did a great job washing our house, windows, front and back screened in porches. He was careful with any belongings we had, and thorough. Also was flexible when I had to reschedule, and very nice to work with. Will be using his services again!

Lucas showed up on time and was very professional. He never slowed down all day. The gutters, driveway, cart path, house, and both back patios have never looked so good. He is an excellent value for the money. He suggested a couple add ons while he was here that really helped everything sparkle.

This retired firefighter, Jason, is totally Efficient & Professional handyman gutter cleaner! He follows up with texts or phone calls, arrives on time as scheduled, and is reasonable price wise. Our neighborhood had gutters clogged , probably from the hurricane, and Jason took his time and did a FABULOUS job, cleaned up afterwards, and made sure each downspout on these buildings were clear! Most Definitely, I would call Jason in the future....and did I say he's liscenced & insured? Thank you for all your help last week Jason...

Jason contacted me right after I requested an estimate for cleaning our gutters here in The Cliffs Vineyards. He was prompt, and as you can see from the photos did a great job cleaning the debris from gutters and the edge of our roof!
