McGee Heating & Air

Rick Tolbert came out to my house on Jan 6, just to check our filter. He was an amazing technician!!!! He went above and beyond by cleaning parts of the unit, and was also friendly, courteous and respectful. They said that they would arrive anywhere from 3-5, and he was there by 3:12!!! Made me feel very comfortable and is very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing as he went along. He definitely went the extra mile!!! I would HIGHLY recommend Rick!!!! Thanks Rick!!!!

Josh was very friendly, professional, and most of all honest. I had another company come before and they immediately tried to sell me a new $20,000 unit. Josh took the time to clean dust from handler and did a thorough check of unit. Should be good for a few more years. Nice to find an honest technician rather than a salesman!!!!!

Josh was prompt, very communicative, friendly and professional! He had the spare part needed on the truck and replaced a broken pump while he was servicing our unit! Great guy, great service, reasonably priced! I will ask for Josh for sure for any future service or repairs! Mark

Heater not working in our home. Called McGee heating and air. They promptly sent out Jesse S. Who quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Great response. Great work, and we are thankful.
