My entire transaction with Blue Sky Plumbing was flawless! My request for service was quickly fulfilled by Tanya who was quite friendly and accommodating! Kevin, my service technician sent an ETA text and arrived right on time. He was friendly, knowledgeable and listened to my concerns before diving right in to solve the problem. Plumbing issues are a dreaded reality for all of us but with a team like Blue Sky Plumbing helping to fix things promptly, professionally and all with a smile…it doesn’t feel so terrible! I had a serious shower drain issue in a mobile home and Blue Sky was recommended by my realtor who had great things to say about them. Tanya set me up promptly with an estimate and my plumber Larry was great! He arrived on time and did a thorough inspection to pinpoint the issue with my shower drain. The initial quote for the job was expected to be more complicated, however the issue was able to be remedied for 2/3 less than quoted! Dalton and Larry made my day! Kevin did a great job. He arrived early which is rare these days and explained what happened and how he could fix it. I left for about 40 minutes and when I came back he had finished, showing the me the before and after photos which I verified as it was a leak outside the home near the water heater. Blue Sky Plumbing's parts department was just what I needed to replace a hard-to-find part on my Kohler toilet. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and so willing to help. Not once but twice Dalton came to the rescue. We had an old sewer line break apart and it was nasty. Within 45 minutes he arrived. Dalton was fast, professional and jovial. He was very honest about every step and discussed cost before taking action. The next day he rescued us from a major clog in the line as well, that he had previously warned me about. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, both times. Saved our business for the day.
