Ultimate professionals! Although I loved my garage deck, it had leaking/deterioration issues below decking, so it had to go. Decided to go with a flat roof option. Chris and his team were wonderful, got the job done in two days, and cleaned up nicely. They were able to salvage existing siding to fill in where the stairs were, and ensured the proper pitch on the new, flat roof. Good, responsive communication from both Chris and the team leader, Paul.

They were incredibly speedy, kept me updated every step of the way, and even sent before-and-after pictures so I could clearly see the work done. Most importantly, they were honest something that’s hard to find. They quoted me $5,000 less than another company that was clearly trying to scam me. We have used Blue Sky twice now - once to redo/seal up our doghouse roof and now to redo our full flat roof, including the removal of a deck and installing a new deck with Trex. They also replaced our patio deck wood with the Trex. We obtained three quotes and this was the most reasonable one. We were very happy with the work - it was completed in a timely fashion and everything looks great! Carlos was communicative, keeping in touch throughout the project. We needed to have a hot tub moved for this process and they had no problem tackling that. At this point, I absolutely wouldn’t hesitate to hire Blue Sky again if needed in the future!
