Blue Vision Appliance Repair

This is the second time I have used Muneer. He repaired 2 items on my five star range two different times. First time was the gas oven valve would not shut off. And the second time the front gas dial valve was broken. Both times he was prompt, professional and responsive. Entered the house with shoe covers, took apart the range neatly. The first visit was to identify the issue and 2 weeks later came back to install the part. It takes time for the part to be ordered. Great service. Price was reasonable. Thank you.

Mountie was wonderful. He was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, polite, friendly and very helpful. He repaired my freezer problem as well as educated and showed me ways to care for my refrigerator. I highly recommend!

For starters, if I could give 0 stars, I would. This was one of the most horrible experiences I have had dealing with a repairman. Frstly, Mounir is never ever on time. Throughout the painful 2 weeks I worked with this guy, he promised to call me with updates, but never did, he gave me 3 windows of time that he was going to come to my house, but missed them all (one of them he missed by 2 full days with no phone call telling me he wasn't coming), and even when he did send me a text message follow up on a time he was coming, he still missed that by a full 3 hours. Mounir didn't put any protection under the feet of my oven the first time he took a look at it, and then proceeded to drag it out from where it was, putting two large and deep scratches in my $14,000 flooring.
