I want to start by saying the plumbers themselves did a very good job. They were on time, professional, and easy to work with. The office staff was also very pleasant to work with and genuinely apologetic about the scheduling mix up. Despite that, the pricing and overall value completely overshadowed the quality of the service. I’ve been a customer of Blue Water Plumbing for at least the past six years, and they’ve been out to my house on several occasions. In particular, they typically come about once a year to clean out my main drain line, which is older and prone to root issues. Because of that history, I felt comfortable calling them again for this repair. This time, I had a kitchen sink drain leaking due to a small crack in a horizontal 2 inch pipe in my basement. I needed to winterize the cabin on short notice and they made it happen within a few days of the initial request, which was greatly appreciated. After Roto-Rooter was on able to clean out our pipe for the third time. We had Blue Water come and they got it completely clean. Kyle was very nice, explained everything, and answered all my questions.

We are very satisfied with Bluewater Plumbing! We contacted them for a nonemergency and they came the very next day. Our plumber arrived promptly and was friendly & kind. He did a terrific job installing our sink - we had tried to install it ourselves and couldn’t do it so he had to also fix our flub ups. He listened to our concerns and did a very professional job. We will be calling blue water plumbing again for any plumbing issues!

The plumbing technicians arrived on time, went right to work and quickly replaced my well pump and motor. They also replaced old galvanized piping with copper pipes. The bill was in line with the estimate… no surprise add ons! Before and after photos posted. Highly recommend Blue Water Plumbing.
