Marks crew came out and pumped our septic and installed a new pump in -22 degrees! I was out there with them and they never once complained about the conditions. Great guys to work with.

Mark was wonderful to work with when our septic pump went out unexpectedly in February. He responded immediately the next morning, dug through frozen clay to access the pump (which had not been installed correctly), and advised what needed to be addressed going forward. He was professional, easy to work with, and very helpful. We highly recommend him and will use him for any future repairs.

She dispatched Jose a qualified technician who quickly diagnosed the system failure and fixed the issue promptly. Very happy with the price and with Mark's service. From scheduling to the day of service everyone was so informative. Jose texted and called me as my husband and I weren't home for the service, but we were very pleased with how Jose stayed in touch with us through out the process and let us know what we would need for next time. This is our first home and I am a city girl from California and had never had a septic system before, so I was very happy to have Jose inform me of all the details I wasnt aware of over the phone. We will definitely be staying with Mark's for years to come!
