Blue Water Pools

This place was awesome, the crew is absolutely kind, but be prepared to take some serious climbs! The trails can be a bit difficult, this depends on the trail you are assigned. We had a very difficult one but it was all a great experience. Water shoes is a must!

In November 2018 we contracted blue water pools to build a inground pool for us. The beginning went smooth, if i emailed or called Chris answered my questions right away. Once he received his first payment i started to notice red flags. First ill start with my fence and trees. He offered to take two smaller trees from the area the pool was to be built and replant them in the front yard. That was a joke they pulled them out and let them sit the entire time. My fence was only a couple years old still in great shape. when they took 2 sections down they ripped it off without care destroying the boards. The pool build itself went in sections. Outstanding experience with Bluewater Pools. Chris was responsive to our call, provided a fast and very accurate estimate, broke ground as soon as weather permitted, and we had a completed pool and concrete by April. We’ve had very few issues with the pool over the past 3 years but the ones we had were minor and fixed quickly, usually the same day we call. Chris and Andy are very responsive and professional. They answer our calls or texts quickly. We recommended them to several neighbors and they have had the same experience. Five stars!

They were called for a quote on doing a complete pool liner replacement and repair the bottom of the pool base because it had fallen after 15 years from another pool company. They came out in one day later from my call to give me a quote and the price was right. My neighbor used them for the same thing and his turned out great. Left work early to meet a pool representative that never showed up or called . I called the office back and the lady in the office apparently thought it was funny. Hope they don’t put in pools like their office service. NO SALE here they dropped the ball big time. Wonder if your boss is laughing when he or she reads this!!!
