Originally contacted company for septic pumping service. Jack was outstanding and I’ve already recommended him to my neighbors. Was on time, communicated extremely well throughout the process so I was able to make an informed decision on how to proceed. As I told him- I didn’t actually even know that there was an additional septic tank that was buried. I have absolute confidence that the previous pumping we’d had done never touched the first tank. Requiring us to replace the both the water and air pumps twice in 8 years. Feel confident going forward that everything is working as it should. Thanks again Jack !

As all things septic happen- I got the dreaded HWA (high water alarm) on Saturday night. On Sunday morning, 9am sharp, I do a search for septic pumping companies near me that show as “open”. I called about 5 or 6, leave a message with all of them. Bluebonnet Pump Co was the only one that called me back. Jack was quick to get all the information needed to come and pump out my system; an hour later Jack was at my home getting my septic back to operational! To say I was grateful to Bluebonnet Pump Co’s awesome timely service is an understatement. I know I will need pump outs in the future- and the only number I am going to call then will be Jack’s @Bluebonnet Pump Co.

Jack was absolutely amazing. We recently, had some issues concerning our septic and had reached out to several companies to see if they would be able to assist. We used Bluebonnet Pump Company… he was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me understand how the system works, and what happens when it doesn’t and what to look for on key issues or concerns. We highly recommend them if you are needing your septic pumped.

Would give 100 stars if I could !!! I thought I was having an issue with my sump that is an add on to another building to our property - plumbed into our original septic system! So naturally , I thought it was more than just a little issue. Jack came within a couple hours and worked really hard until dark in the heat to get everything emptied and working. We discovered that the other septic company wasn’t properly emptying out our septic. Jack guesstimated exactly where the other door would be, and he was exactly right, in the same exact spot where the handle was after digging. We are now more knowledgeable on how the whole system works, and where everything is located. And nothing like that has been explained to us before. The price was extremely reasonable and we didn’t realize how full
