I had an amazing experience with Smithson Valley Services today! Derek came out to service my HVAC unit, and from start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure my system was running efficiently before leaving. I really appreciated their honesty and attention to detail! I typically have my unit maintenance every year, and never has a company taken the time to rinse my outdoor unit - The dirt and gunk build-up was unreal! The difference in my home’s comfort was noticeable right away! I highly recommend Smithson Valley Services to anyone looking for reliable, top-quality HVAC service.

AMAZING SERVICE! Thank you so much, Smithson Valley Service. We had a condenser go out and they came out quickly. The part was showing back ordered for months and they diligently called and found parts in N Austin, drove up there the same day and got our AC back on!

We met with Derek to discuss installing a mini-split A/C into garage of new house. We will use 1/2 garage as a gym. Derek is highly knowledgeable in everything involved in installing and then using. Exceptional to work with, and Andy & Joe, who handled the installation are personable. Their work is excellent. High recommendation.

I was in need of an A/C company who could respond fast as our unit was blowing warm air in 100 degree heat! I called several companies from corporations to privateers. Smithson Valley was the only ones who could come out the same day! Derek knew exactly what was wrong and was very honest about our options. After discussions with Derek you knew he was an honest business owner with integrity. We needed a new air handler as the old one (original to our home 2006) was leaking really bad. Unit was installed on the scheduled day and time that Derek promised. Him and his team got right to work and got everything completed in about 3 hours. Derek and his team at Smithson Valley are very knowledgeable and efficienct, I can’t say enough great things about them. They’ll be my go to AC company moving forward. The prices for the units and install was the best, and they didn’t try and upsell with this and that. Just got the job done! The customer service is top notch, everything was explained clearly. The installers worked like a true team, very methodical. They placed down large cloths to protect the carpet, and even took time to vacuum after. Thanks for going the extra mile! You guys are AMAZING.
