Services/products were delivered in full, yet payment was never received. They were given more than enough time and communication to settle the balance, but chose to ignore all responsibility. This behavior is unethical and unprofessional. We recommend extreme caution when dealing with this company. Get everything in writing and consider requiring payment in advance.
