Blueprint Painting & Renovations

I have partnered with Blueprint on many, many projects - all involving HOAs and they have done a great job on every single one. They have been communicative, proactive and quick to respond with any questions. Highly recommend them!

They are extremely poor and does not follow through with scheduled. I was advised the would turn up on a Friday and would complete the work the next Monday. I am still waiting for the renovations to be completed. They are very unrealiable and if you question how they are going to fix things as the homeowner should they get offened and as I stated we are still waiting for work to be done. I would be very careful in getting this company to do work for you as they are not even able to show up let alone gets offended when you question them on how they are going to fix serious issues on your house, as a home owner you should be able to do that and a company should take the time to explaina and walk you through the process.

Representing a 19 unit townhouse development, we contracted with Blueprint for painting and trim repair. Jarrod walked the site and provided a competitive quote. Painters & carpenters clearly knew what they were doing. Project went well and townhouse owners are pleased. Everyone at Blueprint was easy to work with: Jarrod, Emily, & Rob (project supervisor). Complex project done well.

Blueprint conducted painting and renovations in our small townhome neighborhood, here in Duluth. Bryan was an effective communicator. He ensured that we were updated on the progress of our job and facilitated any problems that arose. Blueprint employees arrived on time and didn’t work beyond 5 pm. Blueprint is the best licensed General Contractor I have had the pleasure of working with. Their level of service and commitment to exceeding expectations makes them the best of the best. I have had the privilege of working with them for multiple projects ranging from a small ceiling collapse in my HOA pool room, to a more extensive cap ex project that they are currently doing for my townhomes. One major factor that contributes to the success of my community projects would be my interactions with both Susan and Maria. They do an amazing job of answering all of my questions in a timely fashion and also have an amazing turnaround time on quotes and start date for projects.
