After trying several times to speak with someone so that this issue could be discussed and resolved in a amicable manner, and not getting any assistance, I am forced to write this. I experienced a horrible situation with a driver and his road rage and he literally almost caused an accident on I-495. He followed me, pulled up beside me and gave dirty looks, he sped up and then acted as if he was going to come into my lane. It was a scary and unsafe situation. He was angry because I could NOT get over and let him over, so he decided he would not only change lanes unsafely, but harass me because I wasn't in a position to allow him to come over.
